Archived - Third Party Sub-Processors (2025-03-21)

Trelica works with the following third parties to provide our Services. These third parties have or potentially will have access to Customer Data, including personal data. You can find more details on data protection, the scope of our personal data usage and our relationship with third parties in the Master Subscription Agreement.

Third Party:

  • Microsoft Corporation

    • Service: Azure

    • Purpose: Trelica uses cloud computing services built on the Azure platform (e.g. for cloud storage).

  • Amazon Web Services, Inc

    • Service: Cloud hosting for applications and databases (from 6th April 2025)

    • Purpose: Servers in USA (app.trelica.com) + Germany (eu.trelica.com)

  • Datadog, Inc.

    • Service: Datadog

    • Purpose: Cloud monitoring. Servers in USA. DPA with Model Clauses.

  • Datadog, Inc.

    • Service: Datadog

    • Purpose: Cloud monitoring. Servers in USA. DPA with Model Clauses.

  • Functional Software, Inc

    • Service: Sentry.io

    • Purpose: Bug and error reporting tool. Servers in USA. DPA with Model Clauses.

  • Twilio Inc

    • Service: SendGrid

    • Purpose: Trelica uses SendGrid to send transactional emails to users. These emails may contain personal data.

  • Stripe, Inc.

    • Service: Stripe

    • Purpose: Trelica uses Stripe to process payments for customers who opt to pay by credit card. This involves processing the payee’s personal data and credit card information.

  • Zendesk, Inc

    • Service: Zendesk Support

    • Purpose: Support issue tracking tool. Zendesk stores email addresses and the content of communications with customers relating to support tickets.

  • Totango, Inc.

    • Service: Totango Customer Success Tool

    • Purpose: Totango stores customer names, email addresses, and (from August 2022) usage metrics to help understand which parts of the product are used most.

  • Aha.io

    • Service: Customer feedback management

    • Purpose: Allows customers to make suggestions for product enhancements. Suggestions are visible to other Trelica customers who can comment or up-vote. Names and emails of contributors are stored, but email addresses are not shown.

  • Salesforce, Inc.

    • Service: Salesforce CRM

    • Purpose: Customer relationship management and customer communications. Servers in Canada.

  • Adobe, Inc.

    • Service: Marketo

    • Purpose: Email dispatch to customers. Servers in USA. Data transfer basis is DPA with Model Clauses.
