Start by scanning the integrations list on our website to see immediate coverage of your key apps. If you’re considering a trial, once you connect your Identity Provider (IdP), SaaS Manager automatically scans your SaaS inventory and generates a report showing:

• Which apps we already integrate with
• What functionality the APIs support (e.g. license reclamation, activity data, access management)
• Any known constraints to API access

This gives you a clear picture of coverage before you commit further.

SaaS Manager is not limited to SCIM. Many of our integrations use app-specific APIs that expose richer data and automation capabilities than SCIM alone. If SCIM isn’t supported, we’ll still integrate where possible using other APIs. And if no APIs exist, you can still track the app manually in SaaS Manager for visibility and reporting.

If we don’t yet have a pre-built connector, you can still:

• Add the app manually into SaaS Manager
• Upload license/contract details for tracking
• Use finance system connectors to flag spend against that app
• Use browser extension or SSO logins to discover usage

Yes, SaaS Manager supports connecting multiple instances of the same application. You can tag and name each integration so they’re easy to distinguish in the platform. These tags carry through into dashboards and workflows. However, reporting across separate instances is not easily segmented today; data from the same tool will typically be aggregated.

No, customers don’t need 100% coverage to see value. Most SaaS spend and licenses are concentrated in a small set of business-critical apps, which SaaS Manager integrates with deeply out of the box. The remaining long-tail apps can still be tracked manually for full visibility. We can also pull useful signals indirectly including spend data from finance systems and usage data from IdPs so even when a direct app integration isn’t available, IT still gains insight.
