Michael Hughes is 1Password's President, leading a global organization spanning global sales, customer experience, and revenue operations, driving commercial execution and growth. His focus is on strengthening customer and partner relationships, expanding 1Password’s enterprise footprint, and evolving its multi-product go-to-market strategy to build a durable foundation for long-term growth.

Hughes joins from ChargePoint, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer and helped guide the company through rapid growth and a successful public offering, building a world-class go-to-market organization and expanding its reach across enterprise and channel ecosystems. Previously at Barracuda Networks, he served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Services, where he played a pivotal role in accelerating revenue growth and expanding the company’s global partner and channel strategy.
