Lyndsey Kiser

Senior Vice President, Legal & General Counsel

Lyndsey Kiser is Senior Vice President, Legal & General Counsel at 1Password, where she leads the company’s global legal organization. She joined 1Password in 2023 as Assistant General Counsel to build its corporate legal team, then stepped into the General Counsel role in 2026.

Before joining 1Password, Lyndsey was Associate General Counsel, Corporate, at Shopify Inc. (Nasdaq/TSX), where she helped build the corporate legal function following its IPO, overseeing financings, public company disclosure, governance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic investments. She began her legal career at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, advising Canadian and U.S. issuers and underwriters on capital markets transactions, including Shopify’s 2015 cross-border IPO. She holds a J.D. with Distinction from Western University, an M.A. in English from the University of Toronto, and an Honours B.A. with Distinction in English from the University of Victoria.

Outside of work, Lyndsey is an avid reader who can often be found in the yoga studio or on the beach in Victoria, BC, with her husband, three children, and their Cairn Terrier.
