
Greg Henry
Chief Financial Officer
Greg Henry is the Chief Financial Officer of 1Password, leading the company’s financial strategy and governance.
Before joining 1Password, Greg was the CFO at Couchbase (NASDAQ: BASE), where he led its financial transformation, successfully took the company public, raised over $400 million in capital, and oversaw nearly 10x ARR growth while transitioning the company to a cloud-as-a-service business. Prior to Couchbase, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance at ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW), overseeing accounting, procurement, and treasury. Earlier, he held numerous senior financial roles at GE (NYSE: GE), including as CFO of its multi-billion-dollar Healthcare IT unit. Greg began his career at Ernst & Young in the audit practice.
Greg has driven strategic M&A deals, raised hundreds of millions in capital, and orchestrated a successful IPO. He is a member of the Glynn 100 and several leading CFO networks. He has also served as an advisor to early-stage companies, including Armory (acquired by Harness), and currently advises Performetry. In 2025, he was recognized as one of The Top 25 Data CFOs, honoring finance leaders who drive strategic decisions in complex data environments. A Certified Public Accountant (inactive), Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business.
