Since joining 1Password in 2022, Gabrielle has played a key role in scaling the organization through significant growth and change, advancing its approach to talent, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience.

Before 1Password, Gabrielle spent more than a decade at McKinsey & Company, holding leadership roles across global operations, talent strategy, and professional development. Her experience working across business operations and people leadership has shaped her strategic, analytical, and pragmatic approach to organizational transformation.

Gabrielle is passionate about building organizations where high performance and human connection reinforce one another. She is particularly focused on how AI is reshaping the future of work and leadership and believes combining technological innovation with human judgment, creativity, and connection is essential to building successful organizations.
