• Can I try 1Password Teams for free?

  Yes, you can sign up for the free 30-day trial without needing to add a credit card. All features of 1Password Teams are unlocked and available for you to experience during your trial, and you can invite as many people as you wish.

  If you choose to stay with 1Password Teams, simply add your credit card at any time during the trial. You and your team will seamlessly transition to one of our paid plans.

• Do I need to pay for the 1Password apps separately?No. Your subscription includes the 1Password apps for all members of your team. There are no licenses to keep track of — you and your teammates can simply download the apps from 1Password.com, and sign in to your accounts. You and your team will also receive all upgrades for free.
• What platforms are supported by 1Password Teams?

  You can sign in to your 1Password account in our apps for Mac, iOS, Windows, and Android.

  1Password Teams also includes access to 1Password.com, a full featured web app that allows you to view and edit your vaults and use the Admin Console to manage your team. You can sign in to 1Passsword.com in a modern web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Opera) on any platform, including Linux.

• What happens if my subscription lapses?Don't worry, you will never be locked out of your account or your data. If your subscription ends, your account will be frozen but you will still be able to access, view and export all your data.
• How do I access priority support?Subscribers to the Pro plan receive a special support email address. This gives you access to the priority support queue whenever you or anyone on your team needs help.
• Do you offer a discount for educational or non-profit organizations?We do! If you are a member of an educational organization (faculty) or a non-profit, sign up your team and send us an email with the appropriate proof for your organization. Once we confirm your information you will be able to benefit from 50% off any of 1Password Teams plans.
