David Faugno

Co-CEO

David Faugno joined 1Password as President and Chief Operating Officer in 2023, bringing more than 30 years of global financial and business operations experience.

David was most recently a Venture Partner at Accel. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President, both as Chief Financial Officer and in the Office of the CEO, at Qualtrics, the leader in experience management. Before joining Qualtrics, he served as the CFO of Barracuda Networks, Senior Director of Corporate Finance – M&A at Cisco Systems, and held sales and finance roles at AT&T, including CFO of AT&T EMEA.

David’s extensive experience has earned him significant recognition, including Francisco Partners’ Portfolio CFO of the Year in 2012 and Silicon Valley Business Journal’s CFO of the Year in 2013. He is a graduate of Rutgers University and holds an MBA from Duke University. David and his wife live in Los Gatos, California, and spend time in Utah and on the East Coast.
