Will Griffith is a partner at ICONIQ Capital, where he founded ICONIQ Strategic Partners, ICONIQ’s growth equity platform that partners with founders and leaders of best-in-class, high-growth technology businesses.

Representative investments include 1Password, Alibaba, Adyen, Airbnb, BlackLine, Braze, Coupa, Datadog, DocuSign, Flipkart, GitLab, HashiCorp, Procore, Snowflake, Uber, Wayfair, Wolt, and Zoom. Will also co-founded IPI Partners, ICONIQ’s data center real estate investment platform that designs, builds, and owns global data centers that support the digital economy.

Will graduated from Dartmouth College, where he double-majored in engineering and history and played football. He also earned an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Will is currently on the board of trustees at Dartmouth’s Thayer School of Engineering and a member of the advisory council for the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
