UX Research Coordinator (Toronto-based)

Jobs at 1Password

We're constantly striving to make 1Password simpler for our customers. A big part of this is learning how people are using 1Password day to day. We're looking for a UX researcher to work with our design and development teams on making 1Password easier to use.

Whenever we add a new feature, keeping it consistent with the existing quality of the 1Password experience is our goal. We also focus on privacy with each decision we make: we don't collect analytics in our apps or track usage. That poses a challenge for the UX side of things, and it makes this role a unique one.

As a research coordinator, you'll be working with focus groups in online forums and customer feedback from surveys and support emails. Since you'll also conduct some one-on-one user testing in our Toronto office, this role is based in the Greater Toronto Area.
